A Summer in Montmartre: Cocktail Dessert Recipe

Ingredients

2 tbsp Paris est une fête jam

100 g fromage blanc or Greek yogurt

1 fresh pink grapefruit

2 tbsp white rum (optional for the kids' version)

1 tsp cane sugar syrup

A little lime zest

A few fresh mint leaves

1 jar of Paris est une fête

Pure butter shortbread or crumbled Breton biscuits

Instructions

Prepare the grapefruit: cut out the segments (skinless wedges) and set the juice aside in a bowl.

Add the rum, sugar syrup and lime zest to the juice. Mix well.

In a glass, add a layer of crumbled shortbread.

Add a spoonful of fromage blanc, then 1 tbsp of Paris est une fête jam.

Arrange a few grapefruit segments on top.

Finish with a touch of jam, a little lime zest, and a mint leaf.

Tip: serve very cold, as a dessert or a sweet cocktail for aperitif. You can also pair it with a mini daiquiri shooter to extend the sensory journey.
