WHO ARE WE?
WELCOME TO LA CHAMBRE AUX CONFITURES, FRENCH TEMPLE OF DELICACIES SINCE 2011
Our jams are homemade, our textures are tasty, and our love for jams is endless!

We created more than a hundred fragrances, from traditional fruits to the most unique blends, including the marriage of salty and sweet.

From tasty textures to original blends, we like to play with flavors and create associations full of surprises to accompany your breakfasts, desserts, aperitifs and dinners.
FRENCH MANUFACTURING
A HIGH QUALITY FRENCH CONFECTION
The production workshop of the Chambre aux Confitures is located in the Hauts de France, where fruits, flowers, plants and spices are mixed in the greatest secrecy!

There, La Confiturière de la Maison passionately explores new combinations for which each ingredient is meticulously prepared, cut, assembled and cooked by a small dedicated team.

Inspirations caught and savoured by the winds and the detour of the paths by each of the Confiturians.

KNOW-HOW
HOMEMADE ALCHEMY: SEASONAL PREPARATIONS
Very beautiful fruits, and sugar... a "pure nature" quality! No preservatives, false flavor enhancers or chemical colorants...

Simply seasonal fruits, carefully chosen for their beautiful quality, and picked at full maturity.

And sugar, but not too much, to preserve the soul of the fruit, just what it takes to reveal its finesse.

The recipes, original or inspired by regional flavours, draw their character from the quality of the selected ingredients.
CONFITUROLOGY
THE OTHER ART OF TESTING
PRESERVE AWAKENS ALL THE SENSES …

To the eye: observe the colour: its colour, intensity, brilliance, texture, smooth or greasy,
To the nose: smell the aromas and discover the different aromatic notes that emerge,
In the mouth: experience the texture: compote, smooth, creamy, with crunchiness, zest... Feel the aromas of the fruit develop into successive notes: acidulous, sweet, floral, gourmet, spicy, woody...
In the spirit: these amazing or wonderfully familiar scents offer a flurry of emotions.

GOOD TASTING CONDITIONS

Avoid brushing your teeth, drinking coffee or eating spicy food before eating to avoid anaesthetizing your taste buds. Do not taste more than 5 to 6 flavors to avoid saturating the palate. Enjoy with a spoon, on bread or a plain butter shortbread.

Keep the sweetest or bitterest flavours for the end of the tasting so that they do not crush the fragrance of others.

THE VARIATIONS AROUND A FRUIT:

Raspberry for example, in the following order: Seedless Raspberry: all in intensity, smooth and melting Royal Raspberry with Champagne: slightly acidic and airy Raspberry & Passion: fresh and lively Raspberry & Rose Petals: subtle and balanced, more textured Raspberry & Violet: Round and opulent

THE GREAT CLASSICS IN MONO-FRUITS

Select mono perfumes to fully experience the taste of pure fruit (Apricot, Seedless Raspberry, Blueberry, Gariguette Strawberry, Pear, Cherry plum, Orange & Bitter orange are all classics to rediscover!)
