Shipping your parcel
Parcels are generally dispatched within 2 days of payment being received. They are shipped via UPS with a tracking number and delivered without a signature. Parcels can also be shipped via UPS Extra and delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your parcel online.
Shipping costs include handling and packing fees as well as postage. Handling fees are fixed, while transport charges vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend grouping all your items in a single order. We cannot group two separately placed orders, and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your parcel is shipped at your own risk, but particular care is taken with fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
