RECIPE FOR OATMEAL BISCUITS AND PEAR, PASSION & KALAMANSI JAM
la Chambre aux Confitures revisits the jam biscuits: what a delight for tea time!
Ingredients
Lise, the creator of La Chambre, has a big soft spot for pear jam. So for this back-to-school novelty, nothing beats a bold blend of pear, passion fruit and kalamansi!
Kalamansi is a small exotic fruit from Southeast Asia rich in vitamin C. It has a delicate mandarin scent with a subtle hint of bitter orange.
To make it even more indulgent, we wanted to showcase our Pear, Passion Fruit & Kalamansi jam or our Pear Yuzu in an oatmeal cookie recipe. Very easy to make, this recipe is ideal for tea-time or breakfast. Let's go!
