INGREDIENTS For twenty pancakes 20 cm in diameter 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk 5 eggs 500 gr of flour 3 cases of oil ½ glass of beer PREPARATION Pour half of the flour into a bowl and add the eggs one by one. Then add the remaining milk and flour to the electric mixer as you go along. Finally incorporate the oil and the beer. Let stand 1 hour. Enjoy warm with the jam of choice. To taste even more pancakes and to vary the flavors of jams, cook mini pancakes in a small blini pan.
