Special Holidays! Tiramisu white chocolate, and jam Fruit of passion
an exotic dessert for the holidays: tiramisu, quick and easy to prepare in advance. Our favorite recipe in the Jams Room for the end of the year.
Ingredients
While we wait patiently for the holidays, we're trying out some festive recipe ideas. Today, we suggest pairing the softness and creaminess of white chocolate with the tanginess of passion fruit in a tiramisu recipe. A real tropical treat in the middle of December!
200g white chocolate for baking
- 250g mascarpone
- Ladyfinger biscuits
- 5 tablespoons of liquid cream
- Our Passion Fruit jam or Apricot, Passion Fruit & Currant
- Orange blossom water to moisten the ladyfingers
Instructions
Start by melting the white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat, let the mixture cool slightly, then add the mascarpone. Mix well.
Lightly dip the ladyfinger biscuits in a water-orange blossom mixture (with more water than blossom water).
Arrange them delicately in the containers of your choice. We chose fairly low transparent glasses.
Add the chocolate cream to the center of the biscuits, then a generous teaspoon of Passion Fruit jam or Apricot, Passion Fruit & Currant.
Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least two good hours.
For decoration, add a square of white chocolate and a little icing sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
See you soon
