INGREDIENTS For 6 persons 2 eggs 125g of flour 50g of butter 50g of powdered sugar 10cl of semi-skimmed milk 20cl of liquid cream 1 packet of dry yeast 4 apples canada gray or bookshop 4 tablespoons of Rhubarb & Geranium jam 10 cl of water PREPARATION Peel the apples in 8 quarters. In a large pan, dilute the jam with the water, and fry the apple quarters on low heat for about ten minutes, turning them regularly. Heat the oven to 180 degrees. In a bowl, mix with the beater the eggs, the melted butter, the sugar, the flour, the yeast then the cream and the milk. In a dish lined with parchment paper, arrange the apple quarters and spread the jam syrup. Pour the dough over and sprinkle with vanilla sugar. Put in the oven for 35 minutes. Enjoy warm.
