Instructions

Step 1: Gather Your Equipment

- Glass jars with their lids.

- A large pot or stockpot.

- Jar tongs (optional but handy).

- A clean dish towel.

Step 2: Clean the Jars

- Wash your jars and lids with hot, soapy water.

- Rinse them thoroughly to remove any soap residue.

Step 3: Sterilize the Jars

- Place the jars and lids in a large pot.
