Delicious Crepes with Hazelnut Spread and Crunchy Hazelnut Pieces

Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 3 eggs
- 500 ml milk
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g melted butter
- Hazelnut spread La Chambre
- 50 g roasted hazelnut pieces
Instructions
Prepare the batter:
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt
Add the eggs one at a time while whisking, then gradually pour in the milk to avoid lumps
Stir in the melted butter and mix until smooth
Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Cook the crepes:
Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan, swirling to spread it thinly.
Cook each crepe for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
Repeat with the remaining batter.
Assemble the crepes:
Spread hazelnut spread La Chambre over each crepe.
Sprinkle with roasted hazelnut pieces for a crunchy touch.
