Pear Yuzu Christmas ornament: a decoration you can eat

A 30 g jar of our Pear Yuzu jam, presented in a box made to hang on the tree. It decorates the house all through December; once the holidays are over, an artisanal jam made in our workshop remains.

The recipe: pear and yuzu

Pear, cooked until meltingly soft, is lifted by yuzu juice, the intensely fragrant and tangy Japanese citrus. A brighter pairing than a classic jam, just as good on toasted brioche as with fresh cheese. You can enjoy it all year round in a full-size jar with our Pear Yuzu jam.

A gourmet touch to give

The 30 g format makes it an easy gift: a place marker on the Christmas table, a host gift, a small thank-you for a colleague or an addition to a larger gift set. The three flavours of the collection can also hang together on the tree.
