500g of flour
5 eggs
1 liter of semi-skimmed milk
1 pinch of salt

Instructions
Pour the 250g of flour into a bowl and add the eggs one by one.
Warm 1 liter of semi-skimmed milk to avoid lumps from forming.
Gradually whisk in the milk, followed by another 250g of flour.
Add a pinch of salt.
Let the batter rest for an hour at room temperature.
