Clafoutis
Ingredients
3 Eggs
1 jar Cherry jam
40g caster sugar
80g Flour
25 cl Milk
2 sachets Vanilla sugar
1 case icing sugar
Butter for the mould
1 pinch Salt
Instructions
Preparation 20 min - Cooking 30 min
1. preheat your oven to Thermostat 6 (180° C) and coat your tin with butter and lightly flour it to prevent the clafoutis from sticking!
2. Pour the flour, caster sugar, vanilla sugar sachets and a pinch of salt into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
3 Add the eggs.
4 While stirring, gradually add the milk and mix until you have a thick pancake batter.
5) Pour some of the batter into the tin. Sprinkle with a few tablespoons of cherry jam here and there, then spread the rest of the batter.
6) Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
7 Check that the surface of your clafoutis is golden brown. It's done!
8. Leave to cool and dust the clafoutis with icing sugar before serving.
