INGREDIENTS For 8 bites 1 jar of chocolate spreads 1 handful of whole hazelnuts 1 sachet of lace pancakes 100g dark chocolate pastry Pralins (optional) PREPARATION Crush some lace pancakes on a flat plate or directly on your worktop, clean. Always on a small flat surface, disperse regularly a good handful of chocolates. Using a teaspoon, take a large amount of spread. Put a whole hazelnut and roll everything in the hands to form a nice ball, very regular. The spread will soften, it's normal. Once the ball is formed, roll it into the pancake crumbs on all sides and reserve it in the freezer. Repeat the process until you get the number of bites needed to satisfy the greedy. Melt the chocolate in the microwave oven in 30-second increments or in a bain-marie and dip the balls one by one so they are well coated. To make it easier, bite your teeth with toothpicks. Wait a few seconds very fast that the chocolate is a little less liquid but especially not solid and "roll" then the bites in the pralines. Put back in the freezer a few minutes ... It's ready!
