1. In a saucepan, add the butter, sugar, pinch of salt and water. 2. Bring to the boil, then add the flour and heat over a low heat. When the dough comes away from the sides of the pan, remove from the heat. 3. In a bowl, add the eggs one by one. The mixture should be smooth and homogeneous. 4. Place the pastry in a piping bag. Heat the oil. Once hot, place your pasta balls directly into the hot oil (cut your balls with scissors). 5. Once your none farts are golden, place them in your sugar and cinnamon mixture. 6.
