Ice cream with yoghurt and raspberry and passion jam

Ingredients
- Plain yogurt
- Our Raspberry and Passion Fruit Jam
- Optional: some oat flakes or homemade granola
You will also need ice cream molds (which are easily found in stores).
Instructions
- In a bowl, roughly mix the yogurt and jam (adjust the amount to your liking) to maintain the "swirled" effect in the ice cream. Fill the ice cream molds and, at the end, add some oat flakes or a bit of homemade granola (optional). This will give a crunchy, indulgent touch.
- Place the ice creams in the freezer for at least four hours. Unmold and enjoy!
