NGREDIENTS for 4 people (or 6 little eaters) 100g of risotto round rice - 1 liter of whole milk - 50g of brown sugar - 1 jar of Apple Jam & Caramel Optional: 1 vanilla pod or zest of lemon yellow or green or 1 stick of cinnamon PREPARATION Put the milk to boil in a saucepan. Optionally, add vanilla cut in half and scraped or cinnamon or zest to perfume the milk. Pour the rice, keeping the fire soft and stir regularly with a wooden spoon. Allow the milk to absorb the milk until a little liquid remains (about twenty minutes), then add the brown sugar and mix. Remove the pan from the heat and allow to cool to room temperature. Enjoy warm or cold, with Apple & Caramel jam .
