The ingredients 500g of flour 5 eggs 1 litre semi-skimmed milk Olive oil Half a glass of beer A seasonal jam, a spread or honey The steps of the recipe Pour 250g of flour into a bowl and then add the eggs one by one. Let 1 litre of semi-skimmed milk cool down, this will prevent lumps forming. Whisk in the milk and an additional 250g of flour as you go along. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil and half a glass of beer. Leave to stand for one hour at room temperature. And off you go for cooking. To your pancakes, fire, go!
