INGREDIENTS For about 20 pancakes original and soft without milk (for lactose intolerant): 300 g flour T55 4 eggs 65 cl of coconut milk 15 g of coconut oil 1 tablespoon of sugar 1 pinch of salt 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence 1 old rum stopper For dressage : Fresh fruits Chantilly cream Mango Passion fruit & vanilla jar PREPARATION Preparation of pancakes In a container, combine the dry ingredients (flour, sugar and salt), then add the eggs. Stir in the coconut oil and the aromas (rum and vanilla essence) and mix. Mix with warm milk to obtain a smooth paste. Leave to rest for 30 minutes in a cool place. Cook the pancakes. Preparation of the cones Fold the pancake in half. Spread Mango, Passion & Vanilla on the edges and glue pieces of strawberries and bananas alternately. For the greediest, add a little firm chantilly Roll in a cone. We can add pieces of fruit between the edges, to make a pretty flower or a vanilla ice cream ....
