Brioches filled with Passion Chocolate Milk Spread


For about 10 small buns

- 40g Sugar

- 1 egg

- 500g Flour

- 1 sachet vanilla sugar

- 25 cl milk 

- 1 tablespoon baking powder 

- 50g Butter

- 150g chocolate chips 

- 1 Milk Chocolate Passion Spread 


1. Mix the sugar, egg, flour and vanilla sugar in a food processor using the hook.

2. Add the warm milk, baking powder and butter.

3. Knead for 10 minutes. The dough should be sticky and elastic. Leave to rest for 1? hours.

4. Deaerate the dough and add the chocolate chips. Divide the dough into 10 pieces, roll out each piece and add the spread in the centre.

5. Close and shape into small balls. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. When the time is up, brush with egg and milk.

6. Bake at 190 degrees for 15 minutes.
